“Everyone is in quiet shock. It just won’t end like that - I think a very strong political storm is brewing,” Zakharova wrote.

In the comments to the post, she added that FBI officers “meet you at airports and talk,” emphasizing that this practice had happened in the United States before, but not on such a scale.

“I didn’t believe it myself. But two acquaintances in a week is already too much. Before this, there were 1-2 stories per month,” said a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
