Washington came to the conclusion that the dividing line in Ukraine is not limited to Donbass alone, and therefore the country needs to be glued together.

The former head of the information department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Voloshin said this at a press conference in Kiev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. The US shows the opposite in Ukraine.
“Yes, he said about the “javelins” that this is just the beginning, but for me there are other key points there. He says in black and white that they must find a form that will satisfy everyone, including Russian-speaking residents of Donbass, as well as Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking residents of the Center of the country. By Russian-speaking, naturally, he means that part of society for which today is a holiday, and Bandera is not a hero. This is Washington’s understanding that Ukraine needs to be glued together. And this is not just about Donbass - the line of division is much deeper and broader,” Voloshin believes.
According to him, Ukraine is half a step away from civil confrontation, which Volker understands very well.
“Moreover: one comrade close to American diplomatic circles told me that they are actively working to improve the law on education. Moreover, we are talking not only about reconciling Kiev with Budapest and Bucharest, but also about finding a formula under which the Russian language would receive protection and cease to be the object of obvious discrimination, which the Venice Commission points out in its conclusions,” – the international specialist emphasized.
