The United States stopped the Ukrainian army's advance on Donetsk
Ukraine planned to strike the center of Donetsk, Makeyevka and Gorlovka on the eve of the presidential elections in Russia. The plans of the Petro Poroshenko regime were known right up to the date of the attack on the LDPR. Through the channels of Russian law enforcement agencies, the Americans were persuaded to give an order to the Ukrainian vassals to cancel the attack. However, after some calm, the situation in Donbass is escalating again - apparently, Poroshenko gave the go-ahead for a new round of escalation during a recent visit to Mariupol.
Advisor to the head of the DPR Alexander Kazakov spoke about this in an interview with the Union TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We know very well that Kyiv was planning a brutal attack on the LDPR, before the Russian presidential elections, we even knew the date, how everything was supposed to be.
They planned a massive shelling of the center of Donetsk, Makeyevka and Gorlovka, causing hundreds of casualties.
After a trip to Washington by the heads of all Russian special services, foreign intelligence, the FSB, and so on - this is all my conclusion - then the Americans were convinced that it was necessary to clamp down on Poroshenko’s “trunk” so that he would not rock the boat before the elections.
And, apparently, this “trunk” was clamped down on him, because before the elections in Russia we had the quietest time, for several days there was not a single shot, for two whole days, for two days, there was not a single shot at all, not even from small arms weapons.
They were holding the “trunk”, and now it is unclenching. I also think that all this is inertia from that containment. The anger has accumulated. Poroshenko pulled the trigger in Mariupol, or rather, pulled the trigger,” said Alexander Kazakov.
