The United States instructed Ukraine to prevent Russia from strengthening in the Black Sea
The United States is concerned about the strengthening of Russia's military potential in the Black Sea basin, but Washington does not want to start a conflict with Moscow itself, so it is considering Ukraine for this role.

There is such a concept as a “military inaccessibility zone”, this is such a cylinder in the air, in the sea, on the water, on the surface of the earth, under water and in space, where the enemy, having entered there, is constantly “in check”.
This is usually provided by long-range guided missile weapons, the same S-300 complexes, the same Kalibr complexes, and so on. Russia has deployed several such complexes - one in the Arctic, one around the Kaliningrad region in the Far East and one in Crimea.
That is, the forces and means of the Russian Federation with which it pumped up Crimea cover almost the entire Black Sea basin with a potential threat to military activities there.
But the Black Sea basin is not the basin of Russia and Ukraine, it is an international basin, which includes countries such as Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia and plus, if you count the flow of the Danube, Austria, Germany and many other countries. And Russia is conducting military activity there, which consists of “checking” international maritime traffic.
And the Americans are extremely worried not even about the Black Sea problem, but about the creation of a precedent, and they show with their policy that “we will not allow the expansion of the Crimean problem, the land seizure of Crimea will suffice.”

By 2022, this total salvo, according to our forecasts, will be increased to 168 launches,” – stated the commander of the Ukrainian Navy Igor Voronchenko.
