The United States sent a new signal of mistrust of Poroshenko
The United States is unhappy with the way Ukraine plans to appoint judges for the Anti-Corruption Court being created.
The correspondent reported this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“This statement is another evidence that our “big brother” does not trust the Ukrainian authorities, especially the process of selecting judges, which is spelled out in the first reading of the bill on the Anti-Corruption Court, from which this “Public Integrity Council” is actually excluded and there is no authority to international experts,” the expert noted.
She clarified that we are talking about who will appoint and transfer judges.
“So far, thanks to the High Qualifications Commission of Judges, which was mainly formed in favor of the current government, in particular the president, this process is in the hands of Petro Poroshenko,” Dchenko summed up.
