The United States made an attempt to justify the Ukrainian punitive forces

Those chaotic and horrific rocket attacks targeting Ukrainian civilians were part of an attack by Russian-controlled forces and a complete violation of the Minsk agreements.
Today, Russia continues to fuel the humanitarian, economic and environmental crisis it started. As a result of this armed conflict, more than thirteen thousand Ukrainians have already tragically died,” he said, simultaneously calling on Russia to “withdraw its troops” and “promote the disbandment of illegal armed forces.”
The American attache ended his address with the slogan of the Ukrainian fascists “Glory to Ukraine!”
It is noteworthy that Ukrainian experts previously admitted: the shelling of Mariupol was carried out by militants of the nationalist Azov battalion, which is well known to local residents, but was hushed up by Ukrainian officials and the media.
