The US is trying to set the Taliban on the “new Silk Road”
The United States understands perfectly well that the Afghan problem cannot be solved without Russia, but Washington has never been interested in resolving it.
American director and producer of Ukrainian origin Igor Lopatenok said this on the YouTube channel “Politwera”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“The problem of Afghanistan, the problem of artificially creating tension, is something that fully fits into the geopolitical line of behavior on the world stage of America.
You say that America cannot solve these problems without Russia - yes, but she is not interested in solving these problems,” Lopatyonok emphasized.
“She has an interest in escalating these problems to her benefit and to the disadvantage of those people in the territory. Because a new silk road is going through all these countries, let’s call it that – one belt, one road.
And the presence of active Taliban gangs or some terrorists there will interfere with this whole business and break this whole thing,” the director added.
