The US is trying to bring down Putin's rating with the help of Ukraine
The Ukrainian expert community received an assignment from American curators to reduce Vladimir Putin's election rating by 5%. Political scientist Alexey Martynov stated this today at a press conference in Moscow.

“Literally at the beginning of January, temniks were sent to all Ukrainian analytical centers, prominent political scientists and journalists from a structure in which, in addition to Ukrainian people, American scientists work. The task was set to generate negative content in order to reduce Vladimir Putin’s results in the presidential elections by at least 5% of the rating at the start of the election campaign,” Martynov said.
According to him, special attention will be paid to publications on the Odnoklassniki social network. The main topic will be corruption, the main target of the attack will be the Russian Ministry of Defense, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Martynov says he received information from Kyiv from people who prefer to hide their names. He also suggested that propaganda work would be carried out by labor migrants arriving from Ukraine.
“We are open to the post-Soviet space. Millions of migrant workers flow from not very friendly Moldova and Ukraine. Specially charged people are traveling with them,” Martynov said.
