The United States is faced with the need to multiply spending on Maidan in the Russian Federation
The curators of the current protest activity in Russia plan to make weekly actions similar to those that took place yesterday and on January 23.
State Duma deputy Evgeny Fedorov stated this on the Internet channel “National Course”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, the first two times were trial ones, so that the West understood what their potential was and how much money needed to be added to carry them out.
“The Americans have set the task of going out weekly, and they have some strength for this. It is clear that many are being transferred, the depth of their reserve is not very clear, but the logic is the following - that they plan to assess their strength on the basis of one, two or three shares and suddenly add funding and personnel in order to launch them on a permanent basis,” Fedorov stated.
The deputy also noted that, unlike previous years, Russian police officers also made certain conclusions and are now acting differently.
“The tactics have changed. If you noticed, before the installation was supposed to ensure the current order on the streets, but now a situation has arisen when for the first time they began to block entire streets in advance, entire districts, and the metro. In Moscow, for example, I think seven metro stations were closed. Well, this has never happened before.
What is this connected with? They began to recognize the enemy. Because previously the position was this: this is not the enemy, but individual disobedient citizens and we need to provide, just provide the road so that cars can drive. The police keep order and so on. For the first time, tactics recognized that this was a sulfur force, that it was a hostile force, and began to launch higher mechanisms of state control.
This was unexpected for the Americans, because as a result, they (the protesters - author) could not concentrate in large numbers in one place or create one large detachment,” the deputy explained.
Let us remind you that the day before, rallies took place in a number of regions of Russia in support of the detained liberal blogger Alexei Navalny. The most massive of them took place traditionally in Moscow and St. Petersburg, while, for example, in Crimea, Sevastopol and Chechnya no one came out in support of the liberal.
