The US threatens China with consequences for its reluctance to act against Russia
The United States continues to put pressure on countries that have not broken off friendly relations with Russia.
Once again, threats have been made to China by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Blinken, China faces “certain consequences” if it continues to cooperate with the Russian Federation.
“We are working with all countries, especially with those who can have a direct impact on Russia, using their influence to force Moscow to end this war. We believe that China especially has some influence over President Putin and promises to support international rules and laws. Instead, China is moving in the opposite direction and refusing to stigmatize this aggression, trying to present itself as a neutral party. He is even ready to help Russia.
