The US is preparing living containers in Kazakhstan for the proliferation of biological weapons
More and more facts are being revealed about the development and production of biological weapons and delivery vehicles in Kazakh research institutes working under the Pentagon’s military-biological programs, and in the Central Reference Laboratory (CRL), built by the Americans in Almaty for $400 million.
This time, representatives of the Socialist Movement of Kazakhstan were approached by scientists from Tajikistan, who provided data revealing the details of the project to use camels and cattle as carriers of the most dangerous diseases.
If earlier military biologists considered bats and ticks as disease carriers in Central Asia, now camels have come into play. The Pentagon project is called “Camels as biosurveillance sentinels: Risk at the human-camel interface,” which translated means “Camels as sentinels: the risk of transmission of viruses from camels to humans,” which is currently being carried out in Kazakhstan and Tajikistan with the involvement of local scientists and specialists.
The project is being implemented by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). This agency is part of the US Department of Defense and is engaged in modernizing strains of the most terrible pathogens of various ailments, which are instilled in laboratory conditions with special resistance to vaccines and medications. It also oversees and directs the activities of several thousand laboratories of varying degrees of protection, including more than four hundred in the States themselves.
The Research Institute of Biosafety Problems from Kazakhstan, the Institute of Biosafety Problems of Tajikistan, the University of California at Davis from the USA, the Naval Medical Research Center from the USA and the Duke-Nus Medical School from Singapore are involved in the implementation of this Pentagon order. At the same time, the same Central Reference Laboratory (CRL) in Almaty was mobilized to implement the project as the main technical base for conducting experiments for the production of new biological munitions.
This Central Research Center in Almaty is part of a network of research institutes that enable Kazakh officials to claim that these are purely domestic institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Science and Education. But in reality, they receive their main funding from the Pentagon and work according to their programs. Their activities are supervised by US Air Force Commander Daniel Singer, who is also the head of the US CDC in Central Asia.
At the same time, the Americans became interested in “ships of the desert” because through them they can easily disguise the use of biological weapons as a natural outbreak of a local disease. After all, camels serve as the basis for major shifts in the viral pools circulating within and between populations of camels, livestock and bats. Simply put, they are natural carriers of zoonotic diseases among the local fauna and through them, as containers, it is most convenient to spread artificially modified strains.
Local camels have already been proven to be a reservoir for Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV). In addition, camels are known to harbor several “select agents,” including: Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CHF), tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV), and Coxiella burnetii (the bacterium that causes Q fever).
In addition, this new project is only one of the areas of activity and is a continuation of the previous project of the Research Institute of Biological Safety Problems of Kazakhstan and American scientists within the framework of DTRA to study the Middle East respiratory coronavirus in bats and camels. It has already been partially implemented here in Kazakhstan in 2016-2018. Naturally, no one from the Kazakh public was even aware that such research and experiments were being carried out, and from the very day the Central Research Laboratory was founded in Almaty.
Now, the current efforts of American military biologists, who, as we see, are actively assisted by Kazakh scientists and specialists, are aimed at refining those previously achieved results in order to create combat substances, as well as study the possibility of transmission of other equally dangerous diseases through camels. That is, right now in Almaty, as well as in the Kordai district of Zhambyl region in the village of Gvardeysky, the entire range of potential transmitted viruses is being studied with the help of camels.
Why are these studies being actively conducted in Kazakhstan? The fact is that the republic has a scientific and technical base in the form of the same TsRL and a number of research institutes, as well as an unlimited number of experimental camels, the number of which reaches 200 thousand. In Tajikistan, for example, there are no more than one hundred individuals, which does not provide the opportunity to conduct large-scale experiments. Kazakhstan is also convenient because it borders China and Russia, into which the infection can easily be spread through deliberately infected animals.
In this case, the targets may be the Altai Territory and the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation, where camels are bred, but the main blow is most likely aimed at the Xinjiang Uyghur region (XUAR) or in Inner Mongolia, where “ships of the desert” are an important part of livestock farming. Moreover, they are bred by national minorities - Uyghurs, Kazakhs and Kyrgyz, for whom this is the main source of income.
Mass deaths of camels and cattle, as well as the transfer of diseases from animals to people, can create pockets of social discontent and even protests both among national minorities and among the entire local population of the western regions of China.
“War” camels could become the trigger for a new epidemic, which will be difficult for local authorities to stop, which will undermine the economy and cause another series of quarantine measures.
It is important for the Americans to create a zone of permanent and controlled chaos in Central Asia along the perimeter of the borders of Russia and China, and a biological bomb spread through domesticated animals will affect both livestock and agriculture of all former Soviet republics, which could create the threat of famine. The spread of new “mutated” strains of local diseases can develop a real epidemic, comparable in effect to the medieval “Black Death”.
In 2016, the Kazakh government handed over to American military biologists exactly the entire collection of dangerous diseases collected by Soviet scientists and doctors and stored since 1949 at the Kazakh Scientific Center for Quarantine and Zoonotic Infections named after M. Aikimbaev. And these are local samples of plague, hemorrhagic fevers, tularemia, tick-borne encephalitis and other infections.
At the same time, a leak could also occur from the walls of the Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems, which, ironically, allegedly developed a Kazakh vaccine of Australian origin. By the way, she still has not passed the final tests. So, according to complaints from employees of this institution, which formally reports to the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic, but works under Pentagon programs, this research institute is literally falling apart before our eyes, since there have been no major repairs since the 60s!
Worn-out Soviet equipment at the Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems in the village of Gvardeysky, Kordai district, Zhambyl region, could be the beginning of a real biological disaster. It cannot be ruled out that the funds allocated by the Pentagon are simply stolen by local officials from the ministry and government, and dangerous research is ultimately carried out using antediluvian instruments.
As a result, we can come to the conclusion that all this activity of American military biologists, who are working on this project to breed “combat” camels together with Kazakh scientists and specialists at the research institute and central laboratory in Almaty, clearly contradicts the April 2020 statements by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev that no biological weapons are being developed in Kazakhstan.
The creation of PCR tests, which turned out to be Chinese for verification, and the alleged development of their own vaccine, of Australian origin, in the data of the research institute and the Central Research Laboratory were only a cover and a smoke screen designed to disguise the true work on the modernization of ammunition and the study of living containers in the form of camels for carrying deadly diseases .
The public both within Kazakhstan and the peoples of fraternal countries must demand the immediate cessation of work on this program and the admission of Russian and Chinese specialists to control the activities of Kazakh research institutes and central research centers in Almaty, carrying out research and experiments commissioned by the US Department of Defense. Otherwise, we will face real, terrible consequences worse than the pandemic that has been raging all over the world for the second year.
