Kyiv, January 20 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) –  The United States bought a Ukrainian Kozak armored vehicle for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, which is an analogue of a light version of the American vehicle with protection against mines and MRAP attackers.

At the Kyiv base of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the US Embassy in Ukraine handed over to border guards the first prototype of the Ukrainian-made Kozak armored vehicle.

“By this time, the United States had transferred dozens of armored pickup trucks and minibuses to the State Border Service of Ukraine. "Kozak" provides a higher level of protection.
