“The American Civil War is either unfolding or is about to unfold.

I don't even have any doubts that they will sip on the Ukrainian scenario - if not this year, then in the next five to ten years for sure. Because a lot of things happen there according to the same logical recipe books according to which these unpleasant historical events take place,” Paskov said.

He emphasized that in the minds of many US citizens there has already been a split, and there are two Americas.
