This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management Ruslan Bortnik, who did not agree with the fact that macroeconomic stabilization is observed in Ukraine.
“We can just as well say that the temperature of the corpse does not change, and this is very good. This is stabilization at the absolute bottom, in a deep coma without the formation, unfortunately, of any growth points even in the budget for 2017,” the expert emphasized.
