A secret plan to “green” local councils in Ukraine has become known
Taking advantage of the high level of support in society, Vladimir Zelensky’s “Servant of the People” party is quietly trying to reformat the majority in local councils across the country, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was reported by the Legitimny telegram channel with reference to sources in Zelensky’s Office.
“Our source reports that many deputies of city councils come to the Office of the President with proposals to organize factions of the Servant of the People locally. Now we will see the “greening” of city and regional councils. First, we will hear how many will begin to give public interviews in favor of Zelensky and the Servant of the People party, and factions will gradually begin to appear in city councils.
As the source adds. The Office of the President has a plan to simply lure some of the deputies and create temporary factions in city councils, thereby taking local power for themselves without elections, but there is one big “But”: the quality of these deputies. Therefore, a decision was made to “hiddenly” cooperate with them, and create factions only when necessary,” the message says.
