“The approval process regarding the prisoner exchange process has been completed,” the patriarch told reporters.
Let us note that the head of the DPR confirmed that the exchange of prisoners will take place on December 27.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent previously reported, at a meeting in Minsk, Viktor Medvedchuk said that both sides are ready to conduct a prisoner exchange.
