“Terrorist methods of warfare have been a distinctive feature of the Ukrainian Armed Forces since 2014. Ukrainian occupiers, using devices for remote mining of areas, deliberately create a mortal danger to the lives of civilians.
On May 1, 2021, two civilians born in 1954 became victims of these terrorist attacks carried out by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. and born in 1956, who were grazing cattle on the outskirts of the village of Gorlovka and were blown up by one of the Ukrainian explosive devices, receiving serious injuries,” he said.

“My son called and said that his father had been blown up by a mine and asked to call an ambulance.” I called. Of course, there was fear; I didn’t know where it happened. She called an ambulance to her address, and only then corrected it.
The picture was terrible. The father was already lying without a foot. Mom managed to give him first aid. But when she helped him, she also came. Most of her leg was blown off.
I already had a first aid kit with me and applied tourniquets. At that moment, my son arrived in a car, loaded him onto a raincoat, and took him to the hospital,” she said.
The doctor on duty at the Gorlovka City Hospital, Valery Maystruk, said that at the moment the condition of the victims is stable, their lives are not in danger. However, they will now remain permanently disabled.
Also, the representative of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations, Konstantin Pichugin, called on residents of the republic to be careful, and if suspicious objects are detected, immediately call specialists by calling 101 or 102.
“To disguise explosive devices, household items are most often used - bags, toys,” Pichugin emphasized.
