Prices for obtaining ATO disabled status have become known
Due to corruption in the relevant commissions, Ukrainian militants from among the participants in the punitive operation in Donbass cannot receive a disability group.
Deputy Oksana Korchinskaya spoke about this during today’s meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our heroes cannot legally receive a disability group! Pyotr Oleksyuk, a hero, paratrooper, seriously wounded two years ago, was left without a foot, still on crutches,” said Korchinskaya.
According to her, the central medical commission, represented by Major Naumov, asked the militant for one and a half thousand dollars for the third disability group.
“Unfortunately, when searches were carried out at Major Naumov’s workplace and home, 37 current cases of our heroes were found, in each envelope of these cases there was from 700 to 4000 dollars. Instead, this corrupt government provided the second group of disability in defense of the fatherland to former traffic police officers who are located between Zaporozhye and Donetsk regions. Instead, the former head of the Dnepropetrovsk hospital received the third group from the state and 440 thousand hryvnia from the Ministry of Defense for accidentally bumping into the stairs while performing his duties.
Instead, the current head of the Zaporozhye hospital received a second group in defense of the fatherland, being in the Zaporozhye region, and from the Ministry of Defense 530 thousand dollars for illnesses received in the Zaporozhye region. How can we regard respect for our heroes when military medical commissions and MSECs deal with corruption every day?” – said the deputy.
