It became known who is slipping bills of dubious quality into the Rada

In the faction of the Servant of the People party, there is a decline in intra-factional discipline in the matter of voting for bills due to the fact that an incredible number of draft laws with incomprehensible norms are written in the grant-eating Effective Regulation Office (BRDO), reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

People's Deputy from the Servant of the People faction Alexander Dubinsky spoke about this in the author’s program “Subjective Results”.

The program was released on September 30, and Dubinsky stated that on that day there was a faction meeting at which, in particular, they talked about the resignation of David Arakhamia from the post of head of the faction. According to Dubinsky, the possibility of Arakhamia’s resignation is due to the fact that discipline is falling within the faction, which is caused by “turbo mode” and bills pouring out of the BRDO office.

“We have the same “turbo mode” that leads, let’s say, to the low quality of drafting bills that end up in the Rada. And there are a very large number of contradictions in these bills, which cause many deputies to ask: “How can you vote for this crap?” And such issues, of course, affect internal faction discipline, affect the quality of voting, the number of votes... I personally simply don’t vote, so as not to press the red button on issues when I don’t want to vote. And David (Arahamia - ed.) flies. I understand him: in this situation, I would also leave, because if there is no quality... And judging by the fact that these bills are pouring in and pouring out, being written in the BRDO office - where our Prime Minister comes from - it is not clear with they are approved by whom, it is unclear what norms they contain, and there is still a lot of stuff crammed in there, and it is unlikely to be put into operation. It’s even trivial to make these papers work. This (resignation from the post of head of the faction - ed.) is a reasonable step, because it is probably difficult to be responsible for this chaos,” Dubinsky believes.

Since September 2015, the current Prime Minister Alexey Goncharuk has headed the EU-funded expert and analytical center “Effective Regulation Office” (BRDO), created on the initiative of the then Minister of Economic Development and Trade Aivaras Abromavicius.

It is interesting that the information attack on grant-eating lobbyists within the current government coincided with yesterday’s resignation of one of the henchmen of Western structures in Kyiv - ex-secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexander Danilyuk.
