It became known who is to blame for the conflict between a drunken Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier and a deceased resident of Donbass
A public correspondent for the Hotline, under the pseudonym “Evgenia Komarova,” reported true information about who is to blame for the death of a civilian in Donbass on September 3, 2016.

Let us recall that then a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while at his post in a drunken state, inflicted serious bodily injuries on a citizen of Ukraine, which led to the death of the latter. To avoid punishment, the military man came up with a story in which he allegedly defended himself from attacks from a local resident.
Thus, the correspondent said that she is accredited to work in the ATO zone, therefore she has access to the territory of military units.
“Everyone remembers the high-profile case on September 3, when in the village of Moskovskoye, Donetsk region, a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier hit citizen Rozhkov with a machine gun, from which he died when he came home. Recently, I and several of my colleagues, also girls, were at an “informal meeting” with a group of officers from military unit B4673. During the conversation, one of them said that this case was “hushed up quietly,” and the relatives of the deceased were “sent away,” the correspondent said.
In her message, the journalist reported information that completely refutes the official results of the official investigation against soldier Baloga.
“When I began to understand this matter in more detail, my eyes literally popped out of my head. According to all the “explanatory” statements, Rozhkov allegedly tried to take away the machine gun from Baloga (soldier of the 1st State Autonomous Army Academy of Military Units B4673). And he, in order to prevent the weapon from being taken over, struck. In fact, the situation was completely different. Baloga was drunk as usual. Both he and his colleagues who were on duty at the “Gate” (this is the name of this checkpoint at the entrance to Moskovskoe, “Brama” in Ukrainian). These two (Vataga V.V. and Rozhkov V.S.) were traveling to the village on a motorcycle with a sidecar, Baloga stopped them and, as usual, began to bully. Local guys, Baloga from Transcarpathia. Conflicts on this basis between the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the local population are, to put it mildly, regular,” she said.
The correspondent then gave details of the conflict:
“Word for word, and the verification of documents escalated into a conflict, during which Baloga hit Rozhkov in the face with the butt of his machine gun. Naturally, there was an uproar, and in order to justify his actions, the drunken Baloga made up a story that the drunken Rozhkov wanted to take possession of his machine gun. Although, it was obvious to everyone there that Rozhkov could barely stand on his feet and the whole point was in Baloga’s personal hostility towards Rozhkov. It’s sad that even the unit commander, Colonel Shaptala, an officer who I previously thought had some sense and honor, played along with Baloha in this case. Although, perhaps he was just covering his butt. All they do there is cover their butts. Take a look at the documents I was able to obtain. They don’t have such a tandem of actions even on the battlefield. The army is with the people, damn it. This is how everything is done here in Ukraine,” the source said.
At the moment, DPR law enforcement agencies have confirmed the accuracy of the information received as part of the “Crime-KORR” service from public correspondent “Evgeniy Komarov.”
