Vladimir Zelensky, in the absence of economic success, is offered to implement a plan to encircle Donetsk and Lugansk with the aim of subsequently strangling them in a blockade, which will stop the decline in the rating of the current Ukrainian government.
This was stated by the head of the State Council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, in an interview with the Crimean Izvestia newspaper.
“They told me about an idea that they intend to implement at the Ukrainian General Staff. It is based on a kind of blitzkrieg. There they want to organize a small victorious war and go to the border with Russia. Go around Lugansk, Donetsk, do not go into the city to avoid casualties, but go through the fields to the border and line up your border guards there. Call the Americans, create conditions for Donbass where life itself is blocked,” he said, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The speaker explained that Zelensky is being persuaded to save his rating with the help of a blitzkrieg in the Donbass.
“This government lacks success. Its leaders said and promised too much in 2014... A quick triumph, according to Kyiv, will close the gap. And the immature politician Zelensky falls for it. Someone is blowing in his ears, saying that you will become the Ukrainian Alexander the Great. The Americans support us, let’s drag them into the fight,” says the head of the State Council.
According to Konstantinov, it was Vladimir Putin who warned against implementing this plan, and now “the United States has turned on the levers to stop dangerous scenarios” - “after all, the result of the Russian response will be the termination of the Ukrainian state as such.”
