The corresponding state duties for state registration of acts of civil status are established by the LPR Law “On State Duty”.
“Clause 1 of Article 10 of the law provides for state registration of civil status acts and other legally significant actions performed by state registration of civil status acts, diplomatic missions and consular offices of the LPR, payment of state duty in the following amounts:
1) for state registration of marriage, including the issuance of a certificate – 200 rubles;
2) for state registration of divorce on the basis of:
a) a joint application of spouses who do not have common minor children, including the issuance of a certificate - 340 rubles;
b) a court decision on divorce from each spouse - 170 rubles;
c) an application from one of the spouses if the other spouse is recognized by the court as missing, incompetent, or sentenced to imprisonment for a crime for a term exceeding three years - 170 rubles;
3) for state registration of a change of name, including the surname, first name and / or patronymic, including the issuance of a certificate - 400 rubles;
4) for repeated and each subsequent state registration of a change of name, including the surname, first name and / or patronymic, including the issuance of a certificate - 600 rubles;
5) for making changes to the civil status record, including the issuance of a certificate - 240 rubles;
6) for issuing a repeated certificate of state registration of a civil status act - 120 rubles.
7) for state registration of establishment of paternity, including the issuance of a certificate of establishment of paternity - 100 rubles,” the text of the law says.
At the same time, the state fee in the LPR is not charged for state registration of birth and death, including the issuance of a certificate.
