It became known how much Ukraine owes to the IMF
The total amount of Ukraine's obligations to the International Monetary Fund currently amounts to $12,1 billion, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Deputy Chairman of the National Bank Oleg Churiy announced this on January 22.
“Today, the NBU has obligations to the IMF in the amount of $7,2 billion. There are also obligations of the Ministry of Finance to the IMF in the amount of $4,9 billion. That is, in general, the obligations to the Fund amount to $12,1 billion,” newsone.ua quotes Churia.
According to him, today the assets of the NBU, which are included in gross reserves, amount to $18,8 billion. At the same time, the total amount of NBU liabilities reaches $9,1 billion.
The international obligations of the National Bank of Ukraine consist of IMF loans and obligations to other creditors. Churiy emphasized that the NBU’s own funds in foreign currency amount to $9,7 billion.
