Old man Yavlinsky completely lost his mind and appointed himself the chief negotiator on Donbass
The leader of the Russian Yabloko party, Grigory Yavlinsky, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin allegedly discussed with him in November the issue of being appointed negotiator on Ukraine.

“If this issue is raised, I will consider it very seriously, because this is topic number one. Until we normalize relations with Ukraine, nothing can be done, by and large. I am ready to do anything to resolve the Ukrainian issue. But I’m not sure that Putin wants this,” Yavlinsky said.
Well-known militiaman and volunteer Alexander Zhuchkovsky sadly ironizes about the possibility of such an appointment.
“The patriarch of the liberal movement, a native of Lvov, a Ukrainian Jew who dreams of giving Crimea to Ukraine, in my opinion, is an ideal candidate for resolving the conflict in Donbass,” Zhuchkovsky wrote in his telegram channel.
The editor-in-chief of the liberal radio station Alexey Venediktov “Echo of Moscow,” citing his sources in the presidential administration, confirms that the president spoke with Yavlinsky, but “in a presumptive sense.”
“It’s not that Putin made a formal proposal to him, but during their meeting the president presumably asked the question: “Well, you, GY, criticize everything, but should you work on this topic yourself?” “If you agree with my approach and give me authority, then I can get involved,” Venediktov retells the supposed dialogue that took place in his telegram channel.
But political scientist Alexei Chesnakov, who is considered close to the presidential administration, ridiculed Yavlinsky’s statement, calling him “a candidate for somewhere he doesn’t know where.”
“Apparently he will conduct negotiations in the same way as his own election campaign.
Although, he announced so sluggishly that it was possible that he would soon change his mind and in a week agree to something else. How is he going to motivate his voters? Vote for me as a negotiator? The old man completely floated,” Chesnakov wrote in his telegram channel.
