Starikov told the truth about the negotiations in Minsk
The Ukrainian side does not intend to end the war in Donbass and comply with the Minsk agreements, which are only an imitation of negotiations.
Russian politician and writer-publicist Nikolai Starikov shared this opinion on the air of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of the LPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“You and I see that a certain Minsk process is underway, but this is, in fact, an imitation of negotiations, this is not a real desire to end the war and move on to a peaceful discussion of existing problems, this is an unwillingness to make peace at all and a desire for the war to continue. Therefore, there is logic in the actions of the West. Russia is a serious player, by changing whose position they are going to solve their further problems, therefore, as they say, nothing personal, just business. Let's not entertain ourselves with illusions, this is not caused by some kind of “specialness” of ours, they just want to make a tool out of us. Under no circumstances should they be allowed to do this,” he said.
