Old lady Europe panicked
The Ukrainian presidential administration likes to throw crap at the fan, watching how much of this crap comes back to Bankova.
This opinion was expressed in a commentary to the Kyiv magazine “Novoe Vremya” by the ex-head of the secretariat of President Yushchenko and former Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Oleg Rybachuk, answering the question whether he was afraid of the martial law introduced in the country on the initiative of President Poroshenko.

He believes that the visa-free regime with the EU is not in danger, and Europe should support Ukraine.
“Although, on the other hand, old Europe panicked when it heard the term “martial law” and saw how the Russian ship rams a Ukrainian Armed Forces ship. And I realized that war could break out in the center of Europe. This is now top news that made the European community wake up,” Rybachuk noted.
As PolitNavigator reported, the Verkhovna Rada introduced martial law for a period of 30 days in 10 regions of Ukraine.
