Statistics: the main investors in the Ukrainian economy are Cypriot offshore companies, Germany and Russia
In January–September 2016, investments in Ukraine came from 125 countries, their total amount was $3801,3 million.

About it says a report from the State Statistics Service published on November 15.
It is noted that the top five investor countries include Cyprus, the Netherlands, Germany, Russia and Austria. In addition to them, among the main investors in Ukraine are Great Britain, the Virgin Islands (UK), France, Switzerland and Italy.
The volume of direct investments from Ukraine into the economies of the world as of October 1, 2016 amounted to $6233,4 million, 93,4% of which went to Cyprus.
Let us recall that on August 18, the country’s President Petro Poroshenko called on foreign investors to invest money in Ukraine “right now.”
