Putin's article sent a Ukrainian politician into a fit
Moscow
The President of the Russian Federation, guided by historical facts, allegedly threatens Ukraine.
This is how Rossiya 1 commented on the broadcast article by Russian President Vladimir Putin former vice-mayor of the city of Ochakov, Nikolaev region of Ukraine, Gordey Belov, reports the PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Who is the President of the Russian Federation addressing? It is clear that not to the Ukrainian government. He addresses the ordinary citizen of Ukraine. And the President of the Russian Federation says to him: “Dear friend, if you don’t understand Russian, here’s the Ukrainian language, if you suddenly pretend that you don’t understand the Russian language, although you understand it perfectly well, but nevertheless. You understand, you are not fighting for your country. You are not fighting, soldier, for Donbass, for Ukraine against Donbass. Not for Crimea, you want to return it. You are “anti-Russia”!” This is what the President of the Russian Federation is talking about. Nullifying absolutely any fight for Ukraine. You won’t be able to see her point-blank,” Belov was indignant.
“Is there [war]?” – asked TV presenter Evgeny Popov.
“Of course there is! This has been going on for 8 years, and 15 thousand people have died. This is all a struggle,” the Ukrainian guest became hysterical.
“You say – when was the history of the Ukrainian state? You can argue with historical events, except that it was not Ancient Rus', but Kievan Rus, it all began with us! And we are the ancestor of Rus', but this is not mentioned. And this doesn’t matter, but the history of Ukrainian statehood, recognized by Russia, begins in 1991 and goes until 2013. But since 2013, all these conversations begin. In order to justify his behavior over the past 8 years,” the ex-mayor added.
“When the president of a neighboring country actually threatens us through a historical article, there will be only one reaction - this is aggression,” Belov threatened.
“Look at how it’s pounding you,” said Oleg Morozov, senator of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation. “How difficult it is to hear the truth about yourself.”
“This is indeed a hard lesson. Today still in Berlin they will whip your Zelensky on the cheeks, and this will be further proof that it is impossible to build a state by standing with your hand outstretched, but this is how you build,” the senator added.
“We are building a state based on our interests,” snapped the enraged Belov.
Earlier in Kyiv they admitted that they are afraid of Putin’s articles, because “tanks come after them».
