Odessa, October 16 (PolitNavigator, Artemy Glazunov) – The leadership of the Odessa regional state administration is considering the possibility of starting the heating season earlier than the deadline prescribed by Kiev.

Oleg Dimov, director of the department for infrastructure development and housing and communal services of the Odessa Regional State Administration, stated this at a press conference, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The start of the heating season is tentatively scheduled in Kiev for November 1. Dates may vary depending on weather conditions. According to Dimov, the governor of the Odessa region, Igor Palitsa, decided to start heating social institutions on October 20, the rest of Odessa residents will receive warm radiators a week later, on October 27. The governor has already sent the corresponding draft order to the Cabinet of Ministers for consideration.
As PolitNavigator reported, Regional authorities do not rule out turning off hot water.
