This is how people reacted to the news that the first deputy of the resigned governor Vladimir Yatsuba, Fyodor Rubanov, considered close to the oligarch Vadim Novinsky, announced claims to the leadership of Sevastopol.
Rubanov, through social activists, conveyed to the residents of Sevastopol that he takes full responsibility upon himself, asked people on the street to disperse, in fact, ignoring the decision of yesterday's rally to elect Alexei Chaly as mayor.
Chaly himself left the SSGA building in an unknown direction.
Now new people are constantly joining the SGGA crowd.
