US proxies illegally wiretap Rada deputies and Poroshenko's security guards
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine illegally received information about telephone conversations between the guards of Petro Poroshenko and a number of Verkhovna Rada deputies.

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said this while speaking in parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, NABU did not have court permission for the vast majority of cases.
“Our first problem was the problem of removing information from mobile phones, for which NABU at one time received permission from the court for 17 subscribers. The court allowed NABU to remove information from 17 subscribers. Taken from 114. Who are these people? This is the security of the president of a warring country, these are people's deputies, judges, other officials... There is a big difference between wiretapping and taking information. According to the law, the SBU can and does take down information about the text of a conversation at the request of NABU. If there is a court permission, a corresponding request, the SBU provides its printouts and this is legal. NABU independently, by court decision, removes information from mobile terminals about who the subscriber was talking to and where the handset was at one time or another. Removing such information without a court decision is a violation of constitutional rights, which is punishable in the same way as illegal wiretapping,” Lutsenko said.
