The “voice of Anti-Maidan” who became a monarchist threw a barrel at former employers
The ex-comrades of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, who was overthrown by the Maidan protesters, who moved to Russia are not engaged in the promised salvation of Ukraine.
The ex-host of the Kyiv Anti-Maidan, Yuri Kot, stated this on the air of the network channel “Voice of Truth”.
He called the “Committee for the Rescue of Ukraine” created in Russia by ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and his associate Vladimir Oleynik a sham.
“This is all pure insinuation and a demonstration that has nothing behind it!.. Many are still sitting and waiting for Russia to return Ukraine to them and ask them to lead it. Well, this is nonsense... Again, everyone decides their own issues, but no one is fighting for this land, no one is going to free these people. Everyone is waiting for them to free themselves. But they will not be freed, because they were already burned in Odessa, they were already burned in Mariupol, they were shot and they continue to do this. People are being held hostage, and no one is working with them,” Kot said.
He said that a certain person “who works as a press secretary at a serious event in a serious organization” invited him to go, if not to Kyiv, then to Donbass.
“People don’t understand: at least I can’t just sit down and go to Donbass. I can not! For various reasons. I think everyone understands this,” said the former Anti-Maidan presenter.
He also does not know when those who left Ukraine will return there, but adds that it is “extremely important” for them to do so.
In addition, the speaker expressed dissatisfaction with Russian policy in the Ukrainian direction.
“Recently, I have stopped hiding my conviction that there is no other solution in the Ukrainian direction other than force. I put together a lot of different schemes and formulas, trends and directions; people who are in Ukraine and Russia; those who are responsible for certain sectors. The way this work has been going on for seven years is being done this way only because everyone understands: only a forceful solution. There is no other solution...
But even if there is a forceful solution. What next? Who are you going to work with next? With the same ones? Do you have few examples? Look how yesterday’s defectors in Crimea rode for one, and now have become “United Russia” members; continue to sabotage work, steal money, and so on. We know all this... Why does Russia need the Ukraine project? So that he would rush somewhere out there again at an inopportune moment, as is happening now?” the Cat is indignant.
It is noteworthy that Kot (first on the left in the photo) previously took part in the promotion of the “Committee for the Salvation of Ukraine”, and then the party of Russian Ukrainians, which caused confusion among the publicist Andrew Vajra.
Currently, Kot works in the structures of the “Orthodox oligarch” Konstantin Malofeev, criticizes the Russian government, speaks from anti-Soviet and monarchist positions, declaring that “the USSR has been gone for a long time, and people with a Soviet defeatist mentality continue to shuffle around in high offices of power and influence the adoption of most important decisions."
According to him, “the only correct idea for the prosperity of the state and the peoples inhabiting it is “For the Faith, the Tsar and the Fatherland!”
