“These are long-standing problems that have not been resolved for decades, both under the USSR and under Ukraine. They have not been fully resolved throughout the Russian Federation, but in Crimea, concentrated, targeted work by federal, regional and municipal authorities was necessary to remove the biggest problems limiting transport and energy infrastructure. A record amount has been allocated to solve these problems. No region of the country has received such money - 769,5 billion rubles,” Kozak said.
The Yalta International Economic Forum (YIEF) is an annual international business event in the economic sphere, held in Crimea. YIEF is one of the four largest economic forums in Russia along with the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, the Eastern Economic Forum and the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.
