Communist Party supporter Natalia Horoshaya published on her Facebook page data that may indicate flagrant violations in the elections in Irkutsk.
The good one claims that she has correspondence from officials of the Irkutsk mayor’s office, where moves “on the brink of a foul” against the Communist Party are discussed, which are planned to be taken or have already been taken during the election campaign.

In the published correspondence, the transportation of voters and the buying of votes is discussed, the next “victory” over mailboxes is reported, instructions are given which newspapers and outdoor campaigning should be confiscated and what should be left, etc.
The correspondence includes the names of Irina Lenshina, Elena Terpugova, Igor Naumkin, Svetlana Kolotovkina, Valeria Russkikh, etc.
The mayor of Irkutsk, Dmitry Berdnikov, who was contacted by a PolitNavigator correspondent, said that this was the first time he had heard about the correspondence, the authorship of which was attributed to his subordinates, and refused to comment.
The Irkutsk region is the only region of the Russian Federation where a year ago, as a result of fierce competition, the communist Sergei Levchenko won the gubernatorial election. The results of the current campaign to the State Duma also remain intriguing. According to experts, the struggle of candidates in the Angara region turned out to be perhaps the most fierce in all of Russia.
