Three hundred demonstrators remained in tents on University Square throughout the night. They said that they would not leave until the authorities made a final decision on the unification of Moldova with Romania, which would provide for concrete steps, and not just declarations.
Around noon, Romanian politicians came to an agreement with the demonstrators, and at six in the evening the tents were taken down.
