“The country is going crazy” – dyed straw was made a symbol of Ukraine
In one of the villages of the Ternopil region, on a local agricultural field, Ukrainians set another “record” - they laid out a huge flag of Ukraine from painted straw bales.
This was reported by the press service of the agricultural enterprise, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“And a blue-yellow flag 52 meters long and 4,86 meters high from 160 bales soared on the compressed field in honor of You, and for the Day of the State Flag, Ukraine! One of the symbols of Ukraine, a symbol of the State, its independence, indestructibility and the personification of the spirit of the Ukrainian people and the will to win, freedom and a great future, which depends on each of us,” the message says.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko commented on the action on his Facebook page - in his opinion, this country has gone crazy.
“When astronauts fly over the territory of Ukraine, they always envy the residents who live there.
Well, judge for yourself - in the Kherson region, local activists made the largest trident in the world out of watermelons and melons. There was also a record for a giant 200-kilogram coat of arms made from lard sandwiches. The world's largest coat of arms made of stones was laid out in Boryspil. Somewhere near Mariupol another record: a trident made of seashells.
And there are many more such records.
So the Ternopil region has distinguished itself, the 52-meter flag of Ukraine made of straw lays claim to a world record.
Glory to Ukraine!!!
But when we were friends with Russia, there were no such records.
They constantly forced us to build some kind of ships, planes, combines and other crap that no one needed.
Another thing now is that this is “victory”...
The country is going crazy. This is some kind of surrealism, nonsense,” he wrote.
Thank you!
