Western countries will be shaken by a series of revolutions
In a few years, revolutions may begin in Western countries. This forecast was made by ex-President of Kyrgyzstan Askar Akayev, speaking at the Stolypin Forum.
“The chaos continues. I think that the solution will be that somewhere in the 20s we will see a surge of social protests in Western countries. And maybe even revolutions, when the societies and peoples of Western countries will see that the fruits of the new economic growth will completely go to the rich,” Akaev said.
He believes that after the social crisis, new politicians will come to power and establish a new order, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Then new leaders will come. People like the great US President Roosevelt, who have the will to solve social problems. Before this, there are no signs of the formation of a new political paradigm, a new economic order that would contribute to long-term growth and prosperity in the world,” Akaev said.
