Shooting and escape of Lukashenko. Forecasts for Belarus are getting worse
One of the scenarios for the outcome of the presidential elections in Belarus could be a repetition of the Ukrainian coup d’etat, when the legitimate president will be forced to flee the country.
The notorious Kiev journalist Dmitry Gordon stated this on the air of the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Gordon, provocations similar to those in Kiev may occur in Minsk, which will force Lukashenko to hastily leave Belarus.
“Lukashenko wins de jure, but de facto it is not clear how, protests and unrest begin, and then those who were supposed to destabilize the situation inside play their role. How they destabilized the situation in Kyiv in 2014 - shooting began, shooting in two directions. They shot at both the Berkut, security forces, and protesters, which provoked clashes.
This option is not excluded in Belarus, when they will shoot in two directions, as a result of which it may even happen that Lukashenko will have to leave the country, just as Yanukovych left Ukraine. Where should Lukashenko go? There are a number of options: Moscow, Kyiv, Beijing, Europe - whatever, depending on how he behaves,” Gordon said.
Previously, Russian political scientist Sergei Markov stated that the West is preparing in Belarus there is a coup d'etat scenario similar to the Ukrainian one.
