Strelkov finally found something positive in the SVO zone

The traditionally pessimistic former Minister of Defense of the DPR Igor Strelkov stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Strelkov, modern equipment reaches the front lines directly from factories and in large quantities.

I don’t know how good it is in terms of quality of execution, but at least it looks really solid when the new four-axle KamAZs and armored Urals came in fairly large numbers.
A lot of new engineering equipment was observed... A lot of new automotive equipment is a fact, a lot of new, fresh from the factory, engineering equipment is also a fact. They say there is new military equipment,” Strelkov said.
