“At the moment, I see only one way to end the war in Novorossiya. This is the military defeat of the Kyiv junta, the defeat of the Ukrainian punitive army and the restoration of Novorossiya within the borders that will result from the defeat. Without the defeat of the junta's armed forces and its capitulation, there will be no peace. And the next step will be Crimea. Or the war will continue forever until the Donbass turns into a scorched plain, and it won’t end that way anyway. Otherwise, there will be defeat, retreat and revolution within Russia,” Strelkov said.
