Strelkov said who the anti-aircraft gunner kidnapped by Ukraine from Donbass was
Vladimir Tsemakh, the former head of the air defense of the First Slavic Brigade, stolen from the territory of the DPR by the Ukrainian special services, was indeed the head of the air defense forces at the time of the crash of the Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass, but he did not have installations capable of shooting down a plane at such an altitude.
Former DPR Defense Minister Igor Strelkov wrote about this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yes, “Borisych” was the head of the air defense service in the city of Snezhnoye in July-August 2014 (before that he was the commander of the crews of the ZU-23-2 mobile installations in Semyonovka and distinguished himself in this position). He was not appointed to this position by me, since in July it was a position at approximately platoon level, and the appointment was within the competence of the commander of the local garrison (first “Prapor”, then - after the last one was wounded - “Cap”). As far as I know, in July-August “Borisych” had several crews of “ZU-23-2” and 12,7-mm Utes anti-aircraft guns under his command,” Strelkov commented.
Strelkov said that he knew “Borisych” personally and communicated with him several times, as well as with other local commanders when he came to Snezhnoye to coordinate operations and familiarize himself with the situation.
“Tsemakh’s attitude towards the destruction of the Boeing is exactly the same as all the other fighters and commanders of the militia, that is, none,” the former Minister of Defense of the DPR emphasized.
“Theoretically, “Borisych” can probably be forced (by breaking his will and pumping him with psychotropic drugs - as “respected partners of Vladimir Vladimirovich” love and know how to do) to admit anything - up to the assassination of Kennedy and the poisoning of Alexander the Great. Including - if they want it - the destruction of the Boeing (which he and his subordinates could not shoot down with the means at their disposal “from the word in general”),” added Igor Strelkov.
