Strelkov: Ukraine will not limit itself to Donbass. Next will be Crimea and beyond
If Russia does not resolve the issue with Ukraine, then sooner or later the regime in Kyiv will decide to strike at Crimea and other Russian territories.
Former Minister of Defense of the DPR Igor Strelkov stated this on air at OSN, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Strelkov, Ukraine is waiting for the right moment, for example, unrest within Russia.
“Sooner or later I suffered a beating. Will this happen now during this exacerbation, or will it happen in a few months? I was repeatedly mistaken with the forecasts, I thought that they would force the situation, but the situation may continue for a long time.
But, sooner or later, they will end up waiting until the internal problems here in the Russian Federation reach a certain level that will not allow Russia to protect Donbass, or when they lead to internal turmoil, and will definitely strike.
And they will not limit themselves to Donbass - the next one will be Crimea and, perhaps, not only,” Strelkov said.
