Builders of a hotel on the shore of Streletskaya Bay in Sevastopol were forced to curb their appetites
Sevastopol, November 16 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) - A week later, the Commission for Monitoring and Verifying Compliance with Urban Planning Legislation again refused to continue the construction of a recreational complex on Shchitovaya Street, 22. The developer figured out how to get out, but did not provide the documents.

A week ago, the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Sevastopol, Igor Malozemov, demanded that the developer “moderate his appetites” and not count on the complex’s parking lot being able to occupy the city limits.
A week later, the applicant, individual entrepreneur Bondarenko M.A. reported that he had come up with the idea of building parking lots on the ground floor.
“We are ready to sacrifice commercial interests, curb our appetites, as the chairman of the commission said, and arrange parking in the basement of the building,” he said.
According to him, 40 parking spaces are planned for 33 double rooms. He also asked the commission to take into account the high degree of readiness of the building. The commission took this into account, but sent the applicant for new documents.
“If it is technically possible to do this, then you need to make adjustments to the project, obtain a positive expert opinion, present it here to the commission, and then go back for reconsideration,” concluded commission member Mikhail Khramov.
