The builders of the Dnepropetrovsk “Menorah” will erect defensive fortifications in the Donbass at state expense
Rubicon-Monolit LLC, close to the Privat group of Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov, will build fortifications in the Donetsk region for an amount of more than 62 million hryvnia. This is reported in the Public Procurement Bulletin.

Rubicon-Monolit LLC won the tender announced by the Dnepropetrovsk State Administration. The construction company will build fortifications in several districts of the Donetsk region. The total amount allocated by the Dnepropetrovsk regional administration to Rubicon-Monolit LLC is almost 63 million UAH.
The portal “Our Money” reports that the founders of the construction company have been Grigory Kozinsky and Roman Benko since 2004. Now the founders of the company are Vano Maisuradze and Stanislav Malanchuk, while Roman Benko now works in the Inspectorate of State Architectural and Construction Control in the Dnepropetrovsk Administration itself, which was responsible for distributing the tender for the construction of engineering fortifications.
In addition, Roman Benko and Grigory Kozinsky executed an order for the construction of the Menorah Jewish Center in Dnepropetrovsk, which was financed by Gennady Bogolyubov, Igor Kolomoisky’s business partner in the Privat group.
Let us remember that Igor Kolomoisky became the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region immediately after the armed overthrow of Yaunkovich. As a result of the conflict over control over the country's energy resources, he resigned from his post a month ago, but, as journalists note, Kolomoisky's key managers still work in the Dnepropetrovsk administration.
