The builders of the Crimean Bridge added a portion of fresh salt to Ukrainian wounds
The builders of the bridge across the Kerch Strait have begun transporting the road arch, which is one of the largest elements of the structure, сообщают "Izvestia".

“The floating supports with the road arch came out of the “bucket” early in the morning at the Kerch technological site and moved towards the fairway of the Kerch-Yenikalsky Canal. The floating system will travel almost 5 km along the planned route,” the publication writes, referring to the Crimean Bridge information center.
It is indicated that the weight of the road arch is almost 5,5 thousand tons, its length is 227 m, and the height from the bottom to the highest point is 45 m. The arch transportation process is controlled by more than 100 specialists. For operational monitoring of hydrometeorological conditions during a marine operation, weather stations operate on the arched span.
As noted in the information center, the installation of such large structures in offshore waters is being carried out for the first time in the history of Russian bridge construction.
As PolitNavigator reported, after the bridge another grandiose project is being launched in Crimea, which they did not dare to do in the USSR.
