The Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Olga Vasilyeva stated this today in the Federation Council, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In 2015, the federal program for creating additional places in preschool institutions ended. The level of provision for children from 3 to 7 years old in some places across the country is 97,9%. To date, federal assistance is provided only for Crimea and Sevastopol - 8 billion this year,” Vasilyeva said.
