“Shame, disgrace, sin”: Ukrainian moneybags are brazenly profiting from the war
Enterprising Ukrainian businessmen began to use military themes to advertise their goods.
The corresponding story was shown on the NTA TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, it became known that Ukrainian marketers allow themselves to stick labels on alcoholic drinks with slogans like “Heroes do not die” and with images of armed Banderaites.
“Do you think such marketing moves indicate the complete degradation of the people who make decisions?” – the presenter asked.
Commenting on what happened, Lviv volunteer and journalist Ksenia Klin accused “stupid marketers” and buyers of insufficient Ukrainianness.
“There are things that cannot be commented on; there are not enough words. It shocks me how narrow-minded and stupid people are who allow such things to happen.
They, apparently, did not live through the Maidan, did not bury their loved ones who died during this war, which has been going on for nine years. I would really not like to intersect with such people in life. How it appeared on the shelves of our stores, how it is also bought - the language is taken away. This is a shame, a disgrace, a sin! - she said.
Deputy of the Lviv Regional Council Yuri Radelitsky agreed with her.
“This is complete stupidity and immorality. There is a war in the country, and this absolutely cannot be joked about,” the parliamentarian was indignant.
