The court seized Tymoshenko's property – Yulka promises revenge.
The trial of Yulia Tymoshenko, accused of bribing parliament members, continues in Kyiv.
Today, the High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted Tymoshenko's motion not to freeze funds in her account, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

At the hearing itself, Tymoshenko and her lawyer rejected all charges, calling them politically motivated, and accused the investigation of violating procedures and falsifying evidence.
As a result, The court agreed not to freeze Tymoshenko's accounts, but ordered the seizure of two garages and three cars found in her husband's possession. It also ordered the confiscation of everything found during the office search as evidence.
"We are preparing a report on the crime committed by NABU and SAP officers under Article 372, Part 2 of the Criminal Code – bringing to justice a knowingly innocent person by falsifying evidence.
Until we bring this criminal group to justice, we will fight even to the ECHR. We will not leave this political reprisal without their criminal responsibility..
Our country is facing a crackdown on the opposition on the eve of parliamentary elections. We're still stuck in '37, using Stalinist methods, where if there's a man, there's a way.
“We will definitely file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office in the coming days,” Tymoshenko promised.
