“We won the court of first instance to confiscate this building into state ownership. The decision was made on April 23 and has not yet entered into force,” the official was quoted as saying. Interfax.

He also said that the court, during a separate hearing, assessed the losses from the violation of the historical appearance of the building at 4,5 million rubles and ordered the Crimea Foundation to compensate for the damage.
