According to the lawyer, the Kiev court ordered Ukrainian law enforcement agencies to investigate the case of the creation of a criminal organization for the purpose of evading taxes and fees in the interests of the current President Poroshenko.

“Investigators will have to find out whether this criminal organization was created by the Guarantor of the Constitution himself, or whether his “loved friends” did it for him, and he, like, didn’t know or know anything,” wrote Kuzmin.

To confirm his words, he posted copies of his statement to law enforcement agencies and the decision of the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv.
